Our Community
Banyan Ridge at Coral Springs was developed in 1987 as one of the early garden-style communities in western Broward County. Built around mature stands of banyan and live oak trees that give the community its name, Banyan Ridge has grown into one of Coral Springs' most established residential communities. Our 84 homes are spread across six low-rise buildings, with mature landscaping that has matured along with our long-term residents. Many original owners still call Banyan Ridge home, alongside families who've discovered the area more recently.
